Joseph is a member of the Resident Faculty at Depaul University's School for New Learning (SNL). A licensed clinical psychologist, he works with individuals and groups to make adaptive changes that promote success. His areas of focus range from short-term, goal-specific behavioral changes including enhancing performance, building life skills, career transitioning, and increasing interpersonal effectiveness to longer-term, growth-focused change including relationship dynamics, decreasing maladaptive tendencies, and internalizing adaptive, new mental models. Mr. Clare is author of the book Knowledge Assets and the Cognitive Design Blog. He holds two patents in artificial intelligence and knowledge management.
