As Vice President of Multimedia Product Development within Motorola’s Mobile Devices business, Roger Jellicoe is responsible for developing and designing exciting new devices around compelling experiences. In this role, Roger and his staff collaborate with Motorola’s design and technology teams and global external partners to define and deliver these innovative products, from conception to completion. Roger is based in Libertyville Illinois, and manages teams in Libertyville, Sunnyvale, California, and Aalborg, Denmark.
Prior to this role, Roger served as Director of Operations within Motorola’s Mobile Devices business, managing GSM mobile product designs. He was a key leader in the development and delivery of Motorola’s “must have” RAZR V3 handset – one of the slimmest and sleekest mobiles on the market.
Roger has over 30 years of experience in the telecommunications industry and has held roles of increasing responsibility across a number of Motorola’s core businesses. He has extensive experience in managing and delivering new products – from two-way radios to pagers – in markets worldwide.
Roger holds a bachelors degree in electrical sciences from Cambridge University in the UK.

Bill Jindrich has been with Accenture for 18 years. He has worked in a number of technical and software development roles, including the design and development of internal design and methodology tools; an enterprise-wide search, and learning management systems for both Accenture and external clients.
Bill is currently a member of the Infrastructure Innovation team in the Capability Development organization, based out of St Charles, IL. This team is responsible for applying innovation to the learning space within Accenture.

His new role at Fannie Mae allows him to get back to his roots in creative design, not just evaluation which has been a primary focus for the past few years. His goal at Fannie Mae is to build a class of learning products that have better ways to collect data, both self-selected and "in the background", data that can be used to gain insight on how to build a better learning experience. Prior to Fannie Mae, Ron served as a Senior Vice President at Bank of America where he led the strategy for measurement and learning. Ron received his Ph.D in Education and Human Development from Vanderbilt University.
