Global Program Manager, Hewitt University Aon Hewitt
Chuck is the Global Program Manager for Aon Hewitt's award-winning corporate university. He is responsible for managing the technology platforms supporting training delivery at Aon Hewitt, which were used to deliver more than 500,000 learning hours to associates in 2009. He has been with Aon Hewitt nine years as both a consultant and associate.
Chuck is also Master Facilitator in the Crosscultural/Diversity Power of Worldviews training program. The Crosscultural/Diversity program is part of a comprehensive initiative to increase crosscultural competence of organizational leaders and managers in the increasingly competitive global business landscape—both for increased business and critical talent. His dual role, as a Master facilitator, is the facilitation of courses to targeted populations and the training and evaluation of associates selected to participate as program trainers.
Chuck has 16 years of experience in community, education, and corporate diversity and inclusion programs. He has a B.A. in 20th Century American History and a M.S. in Instructional Technology and Telecommunications from Western Illinois University. Previous responsibilities at Aon Hewitt have been as Instructional Designer, Senior Project Manager, and Senior Learning & Development Consultant.
Nancy Ahlrichs is an international speaker, author and columnist. She has spoken to more than 450 audiences and management teams in utilities, insurance, healthcare, high tech, legal, banking, government and other fields in the past five years using her 25 years of experience in human resources, marketing, and management.

Nancy is active in a variety of community and professional organizations, and was Kiwanian of the Year in 2001 and also named a "Distinguished Hoosier" for her service to the State of Indiana by the late Governor Frank O'Bannon.
As Director of Training & e-Learning Operations (Global HR Shared Services) Tim is responsible for ongoing operations and new implementations of Baxter-wide talent management systems for e-Learning delivery platform, Compliance tracking systems, Performance management, Employee survey, and Succession planning.
Tim leads facility training leads globally: Multi-functions, Multi-businesses, Multi-regions/countries and serves on leadership team of Global HR Shared Services operation that leads 300+ staff in 50 countries and numerous outsourced partners.
Formerly Director of Training and Change Management at RR Donnelley, Tim was responsible for the management of manufacturing apprenticeship training, change management, HR communications and team development worldwide.
Mark is experienced in promoting products and services through the efficient application of graphic design principals. Proven supervisor of teams that develop communication tools for marketing, branding, internal training, knowledge sharing, recruiting, and methodology. Passionate about creating competitive business advantages by favorably positioning compelling ideas before discriminating audiences, whether they’re inside or outside an organization. Demonstrated leadership abilities as a department director and senior business consultant. Accustomed to building accurate budgets and delivering financial value through creative problem solving.
