ELE i-Lab IDEA

Our Ideation Lab is a FREE resource for our Learning Circles to use. The place we recommend you to start in our Ideation Lab is with EMPATHIZE--Understand The Problem--after it is accepted, we'll help you PROTOTYPE, TEST & REFINE. With your new insight, continue the design thinking process and IMPLEMENT good ideas at your workplace.

What is an ELE Learning Circle?

A cohort of about 15 Learning/Talent Development Leaders (Current ELE members given priority if space is tight, likely nominated by ELE's CLO/CTO/CHRO Group members), Learning Circles meet virtually 3-4 times per year (using Adobe Connect and your computer's webcam) and in-person 1-2 times per year (May @ GE and Oct @Hamburger U).

How does an ELE Learning Circle get initiated and who is invited to join?

When 4-8 diverse peers are recruited for a specific focus area, a new ELE Learning Circle will be created.
The current plan is to limit each ELE Learning Circle to 20 max with 2-3 volunteers to help co-facilitate scheduling quarterly meeting times with Dirk Tussing.

I'm a member of an ELE Learning Circle and would like to access the member-only i-Lab resources.
