What online resources are available?
There are two general online areas available for this community:
• Public-Area which includes a calendar of upcoming events, FAQs, and insight from a revolving pool of Chicagoland thought leaders.
• Member-Area which includes case studies (either slides or multi-media archives) from past events we helped produce for learning leaders.
What is the refund policy?
Your satisfaction is important to us. After we receive your refund request in writing and any published material (i.e., The Chinese Toolkit) in original condition, we will process a full refund within ten business days. Partial refunds will be made if all of the material is not returned in original condition.
Whom Do I Contact with Questions?
